How LUAMIRA works
How can I participate in a Luamira event?
Quite simple. Choose your event on our website, click on “Register”, book your spot online and you will receive your personal Zoom link by email. On the evening of the event, simply click the link, make yourself comfortable and you are live.
The Zoom link opens either directly in your browser or you can download the free Zoom app.

What technical requirements do I need?
Everything you need is a stable internet connection, a computer, tablet or smartphone, and ideally headphones or speakers.
If you like, you can switch on your camera to interact with others, but there’s absolutely no obligation. Our events work beautifully even if you prefer to simply watch.
What happens if I have technical issues?
Don’t worry, it happens to everyone.
If you run into any difficulties, try reopening the Zoom link or restarting the app first. If you still can’t join, just send us a message at support@luamira.com. We’ll help you out or send you the recording link if one is available.
Will the event be recorded?
Yes, many of our events are recorded so you can catch up or rewatch them within 72 hours. If an event is live only, you’ll find this noted in the event description.
If you switch on your camera or microphone, your image or voice may appear in the recording. If you prefer not to, simply join without camera and sound. You’ll still be fully part of the experience.
How can I pay and is it secure?
The payment process runs through Stripe, a widely used and secure payment provider in Europe. You can pay by credit card, Apple / Google Pay or SEPA direct debit, whichever you prefer. Stripe encrypts all data according to the highest security standards, so your payment information is protected at all times. We do not store any payment details on our own servers. keine Zahlungsdaten auf unseren Servern.
After completing your booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all event details.
What if I’ve registered but can’t attend?
Most of our events are recorded (you can see this noted in the event description). After the event ends, you’ll receive the replay link and have 72 hours to watch it. So it’s completely fine if you can’t make it at the last minute.
All paid events follow the cancellation policy stated in the event description. You can find additional and detailed information in our Terms & conditions.
If Luamira ever needs to cancel an event, you will of course receive a full refund.
Can I join international events if I don’t speak English?
Yes. For selected events we use AI-supported translation tools, such as automatic subtitles. This allows you to take part in multilingual sessions even if you don’t speak the original language. Please note that these translations are machine-generated and not always perfect, but they make it much easier to follow along and understand the content.
Are there any guidelines for behaviour during the events?
Luamira is a safe and respectful space.
We ask for the same respect, openness and kindness that you would expect for yourself.
Discriminatory, offensive or disruptive contributions are not permitted.
Anyone who does not follow these guidelines may be removed from the event so that everyone can feel comfortable and safe.
Can I host virtual events myself?
Yes. If you’re interested in offering your own event at Luamira, simply send us an email at amelie@luamira.com or contact us through our Instagram channel @luamira.events with a few first details about you and your event idea. We’ll then schedule a conversation to get to know each other. We’re excited to hear from you.
